True vintage costume piece replicating 1800s Victorian fashions. Truly a piece of art!! Top is boned and a corset style. Hook and eye closure up the front. The most dramatic Royal puff sleeves. Ruffle lace collar and sleeve cuffs. No stretch. Jacket is lined. Has a couple of holes on the back of top. Price reflected. Skirt has a flattering V cut waist with a sash tie. Very full and heavy skirt. Velcro and hook and eye closure.
