70s handmade Technicolor smiley cape

Incredible reversible 60s handmade cropped cape. One side is a barkcloth technicolor smiley face pattern and the other side is a bright red acrylic blend (?) fabric. Gold buttons at neck with a matching gold chain for closure. Buttons only on red fabric side but still functional on opposite side.
